Self-Service Rental System
Our rental house operates on a "self-service" basis. Renters (or their assistants) are responsible for selecting items from the shelves, correctly wrapping them for transport, and performing the reverse process upon return. While you are responsible for the correct handling and accommodation of the props, we are available to offer guidance.
Important: If you plan to rent heavy furniture, please ensure you do not come alone.
Cost: This service is billed at 20% of the initial rental price.
Week 1 : 100% of the price announced on the website
Week 2: 50% of the price announced
Weeks 3 and more : 10% of the price announced
A minimum rental amount of 50 euros applies to all orders.
Invoices are issued only after all rented items have been successfully returned.
Please provide a confirmed return date when placing your order.
Should this date change, we require you to notify us as soon as possible.
If you plan to return items earlier than the agreed-upon date, we kindly request that you consolidate the return into a single day to assist with our internal organisation.
Damaged or Altered Items: If a rental is returned damaged or altered, B6 Props will restore it and charge the client a restoration fee. This fee is based on the cost of repair, including any necessary depreciation in value.
Lost or Irreparable Items: Items that are not returned, or which B6 Props cannot restore, will be charged at their full selling price (approximately ten times the rental price).
"Preparation and Reception" Service.
For an additional fee, B6 Props offers a "Preparation and Reception" service. With this service, we will professionally wrap and prepare your rented items for immediate pick-up.
Returns: To prevent damage, all rentals must be wrapped for return exactly as they were received. Please make every effort to reuse the original packing material.
Rates & long term discounts
All rates are for weekly rental and for individual item or per Box. The rental period begins the day your order is picked up and continues for seven calendar days including weekends. Rentals may be kept for longer and are billed at a discounted weekly rate:

Rental conditions
All props are rented in "as is" condition. Many of our rentals are antiques or vintage pieces and may show some age. We kindly ask you to verify any issues before you confirm your order.
Return Condition and Liability
Rentals must be returned to B6 Props in the same condition they were picked up.
Insurance: The customer is responsible for insuring the rentals at the insurance risk values against loss or damage from the time of collection until their return, regardless of cause. A certificate of insurance from reputable insurers must be produced upon request.
Alterations
No alterations shall be made to items without prior written consent of B6 Props and shall be subject to the conditions of such consent. Labels identifying items should not be removed. No items shall be used for any purpose other than those for which such items are designated and shall not be lent or sub-let to any third party.
Indemnification
The Customer shall indemnify B6 Props against all claims and expenses in respect of damage, injury, or loss arising directly or indirectly out of the use or condition of the items, and shall be responsible for selection. No warranty of fitness is given by B6 Props for any particular use or purpose of the merchandise which is rented on as an “as is” basis. Customers are respectfully reminded of copyright legislation, and B6 Props shall not be liable for any possible copyright infringement.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal data only for the purpose of processing your rental order. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
